Breach of this Policy
When we consider that a breach of this Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including the suspension or disabling of any online account that you have on our site.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer domiciled within the European Union (EU)
This Policy, its subject matter and formationis governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you are a consumer domiciled within the EU, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in this clause takes away from or reduces your legal rights as a consumer.

If you are a consumer who is domiciled outside of the EU, this Policy, its subject matter and formationis governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
