Delivery Information

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday and by 12pm on Saturday will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday

Estimated Delivery Times:

Mainland UK: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Highlands & Islands: 4-5 business days after dispatch

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday and by 12pm on Saturday will be dispatched on the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day and delivered within 1-2 working days dispatch.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered within 1-2 working days dispatch.

DPD Next Day

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday and by 12pm on Saturday will be delivered the next business day.

*Please note for certain postcodes we are unable to provide a DPD Next Day delivery, see delivery page. There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays. Instead orders will be delivered on the next working day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

Guaranteed Next Business Day

Special Delivery Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm the next business day, Orders after 2pm Friday through to 12pm Saturday will be delivered before 1pm on the following Monday (this excludes Bank Holidays).

European Union & Worldwide Shipping:

Sales Taxes and VAT on orders dispatched within the European Union are covered by us and therefore the price you see on the website is the price you pay.

However, orders sent Worldwide outside of the European Union may incur further taxes and fees which we do not have control over. For further details on possible charges please contact your local Customs Office.

We do not currently ship outside of Europe but we hope to be coming to your area soon!

Why Can’t I Order Certain Products?

Due to certain aviation regulations some products such as Aerosols, Perfumes, Aftershaves and Nail Varnishes cannot be delivered to all destinations.

Due to certain territory restrictions imposed by manufacturers and the brands themselves, certain products cannot be delivered to all destinations. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

Our Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you have the right to return all unopened product(s) to us within 28 days of receiving your order and we will provide a full refund.

You must notify our Customer Service Team that you want to return your purchase no later than 14 working days after the day on which you received your product. This will enable us to process your request efficiently. Please send an email to care@yourlivingbeauty.com

We recommend your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We advise taking a picture of the items before you return them.

We will not refund postage costs to return items that are not wanted or no longer required by you. The cost of this will be your responsibility. 

We will process a refund on receipt of goods. Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 28 working day period.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot refund or exchange products that have been opened and not in their original packaging or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.

Return of faulty, damaged goods or incorrect items: 

We endeavor to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in optimal condition. We are aware however, that sometimes mistakes occur and items can be damaged in transit. We advise you to check your product(s) on receipt and inform us of any issues as quickly as possible.   

For poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged products we will offer you a full refund including any associated returns charges provided: 

  • Damaged and faulty goods are reported to us no later than the 48 hours after delivery date.  
  • Notification of damages/fault is given to us in writing. This must be reported to our Customer Service Team along with photographic evidence. Please email care@yourlivingbeauty.com
    Our Customer Service Team will get in touch to arrange a return.
  • Products must be returned to us within 7 days of return being arranged

We will refund the purchase price of any goods and delivery charges no later than 14 days from the day when the goods are received back to our warehouse, checked and tested by us. 

If you prefer, and the product(s) are still available, we can offer you a replacement. 

Please note, we cannot refund postage charges for any returned item(s) that were reported damaged or faulty when no error was evident on checking and testing the item(s). The cost of sending the item(s) back to you will be communicated after this process is complete. 

Right to Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 working days following receipt of your goods without any reason being given provided: 

  • Product(s) are unopened, in their original packaging and in pristine condition. 
  • Notification of your wish to return the product(s) is given to us in writing. This must be reported to our Customer Service Team. Please email care@yourlivingbeauty.com 
  • Products must be returned to us within 7 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel contract. 

We will process your refund and make the reimbursement within 14 days of receipt of goods using the same means of payment that you used for the transaction. You will not incur any extra charges for a reimbursement. 

However,  the cost of returning the product(s) will be your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us. 

How Do I Arrange A Return? 

To arrange a returns please contact our Customer Services Team. 

You will need to obtain a dated proof of postage receipt when returning your package and retain this until we have confirmed we have received your package. This receipt is available free of charge from Post Office counters and will enable us to process your refund in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit.
